Welcome to the Online Student Enrollment for Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School. This website is the first step in registering a NEW student for school who is not currently enrolled within our district. Information about the student, such as emergency contacts, medical conditions, and language proficiency, will be required. A current email address is required to begin this process. If your mailing address differs from your residence address, please include both addresses. This will ensure that school mailings are sent to the correct address on file.

Required Forms MUST be completed, uploaded, or emailed to Michelle Balsano at mbalsano@harvestidgeschool.org.

• Immunization Records: Students whose immunizations are not up to date will NOT be allowed to attend school (not needed if enrolling in our home school program).
• Proof of Age Document: Copy of Birth Certificate
• TWO Proofs of Residency Documents: The current proof of residency should include one current utility bill (e.g., electric, gas, cable, garbage, or water bill).
• Affidavit of Residency
• Report of Health Examination for School Entry (completed by a Physician): If your student is enrolling in  Kindergarten, or 1^st grade, a physical is required before the start of school (not required if enrolling in the home study program).

 

The following additional forms are required and can be printed from the “Required Documents Page” during the online enrollment process:

• Authorization for Emergency Medical Treatment (needed for both programs)
  
• FOR TK and K ENROLLMENTS: Oral Health Assessment and Report of Health Examination for School Entry or Waiver of Health Examination (not needed if enrolling in our home study program).

 

If transferring from another school district, the office staff at your school of attendance will request your student’s files from the previous school.  

Summer Break Instructions:  
Our school office will be closed during the summer from June 26 to August 10, 2026. During this period, please complete the online enrollment process (only if brand new to our school/district). Starting August 10, please email any remaining required documents to Michelle Balsano at mbalsano@harvestridgeschool.org.

To start registering your student:  Select a language to view Aeries Enrollment and then click the Enroll a New Student button.
